I have a friend who, when she was growing up, found that her breasts were getting bigger and bigger, even though she was quite thin. She want to the doctor and he said she should cut down on soya products which she ate alot of, as they contain a kind of estrogen. However, the rediculous reactionary claims that article made are obviously not true. It is true that eating a soya based diet isn't good for you, but then eating a diet based on most things is bad. As long as you vary your protien sources you'll be fine
Apart from that, it's all a load of christian shaped balls. It's amazing that people believe these things, with no reference to anything at all! And what about the hormones given to dairy cows that end up in the milk?
